For example, you can read an article on it in the English Wikipedia.  In the context of Risk Management, RCA is a Risk Identification and Risk Assessment technique. Root    Level Domain  is not well defined in the context of Google's Blog spot.  Therefore the answer to the question in this post's title is:  Root Cause Analysis. Google is in a risk. I am an Israeli. I am an Information Technology professional not a Politician . Mrs. Hillary Clinton  USA Secretary of State    was recently quoted saying Israel is becoming more similar to Iran. As far as I understand the three foundations of the current Iranian regime are: 1. Censorship of what people do, say and wear 2. No free and independent Legal System 3. No free  and independent Media (TV, Radio, newspapers etc.) Unfortunately, I agree with Mrs. Clinton. Groups of extreme Orthodox religious people (Not all  Orthodox religious people), are trying to bring us ten or fifteen hundred years back, as far as what we are doing or wearing (The first Iranian regime foundation). Israeli Parliament members (not all of them) are trying to limit the Israeli Court and the Israeli Media and to reduce their independence on the political system. I n a previous post I used the analogy of an iceberg to describe processes in an enterprise. In this post I will illustrate it by a simple example. The example is not about Enterprise processes. It describes a simpler single actor processes set: Writing a blog post such as this post. As far as this post is concerned the scope is limited to professional blogging. Analyzing personal blogs or generalizing the analysis to all blogs types is beyond the scope of this post. Blog Posting Process simplified It looks like a very simple process composed of two steps: Writing a blog post Publishing a blog post The writing step is composed of few activities: titling, writing, spell checking, adding hyperlinks and images etc. Publishing looks like a one click activity.
